Gelato
Gluten-free gelato
We make our gelato to the recipe of Italian masters, from the finest ingredients we can find. Fresh milk and local sweet cream, with no artificial additives, colourings or flavourings.
Sixteen Flavours
Most of our gelato is gluten-free, and our fruit sorbets are 40–50% fruit, containing neither gluten nor lactose.

A pure Italian classic. A gelato cream of milk and sweet cream, shot through with shards of Belgian chocolate at 73% cocoa for that familiar crispness. Stracciatella is the right choice for anyone who loves a lighter flavour.
-
A creamy gelato of genuine white chocolate, poured over with milk chocolate and hazelnut. A favourite with children and with the adults who came in with them.
-
Made with local low-fat yoghurt, enriched with a strawberry coulis and freshly squeezed lemon. The ideal refreshment on the hottest days of summer.
-
New York cheesecake is a classic of the pastry world. We have made you an irresistible combination of it: cheesecake gelato with local figs, cooked down until they are dark and sweet.
-
A coconut cream many people already love, with white chocolate and almond — now in gelato, and worth trying at least once.
-
For you we travelled as far as Madagascar to find the finest vanilla there is. We folded it into our own cream and made a gelato vanilla — the flavour that has been winning people over for centuries.
-
We gave the caramel a great deal of attention, so that it would never be too sweet and would stay creamy and deeply flavoured. And to make the pleasure complete we went to Argentina, where DULCE DE LECHE is traditionally made — a soft sauce of sugar and local cream, from which we made a beautiful sauce to pour over our gelato.
-
There are few people who do not enjoy the taste of hazelnut. Ours, though, is a particular one, because we travelled to Italy for it — to Napoli, where Giuseppe showed us his grove of native hazelnuts. They are picked by hand, and the cream is made from them with nothing added at all. To draw out the aroma and the flavour, the hazelnuts are carefully toasted before they meet the gelato.
-
At the foot of Vesuvius, where the earth is extraordinarily fertile, there is a beautiful forest of pistachios. The nuts are naturally green, and to lift the flavour we finish the gelato with hand-harvested salt flowers — FLEUR DE SEL.
-
One of the best-known flavours in the whole of pastry, and this is it: hazelnut and Belgian chocolate, with a sauce full of hazelnut pieces. Sail into LA DOLCE VITA with our ROCHE gelato.
-
Chocolate is among the most widespread flavours there is, so the real challenge is making one that stands apart. Ours is made from cocoa butter and pure chocolate, first cooked in local milk and sweet cream, then given a little local honey to make it creamier still. Once cooled it becomes a dessert whose flavour is never overpowering — and a pleasure all year round.
-
To our own chocolate we added a jam of Spanish oranges, and arrived at a fresh and singular flavour that really should not be skipped.
